Overview
About Me
I am a retired, single female in my 60's and chose to retire in Mexico. from the USA, to enjoy a new and different culture. I bred and showed Pekingese dogs for 40 years. I now enjoy the company of my many friends here, enjoy meeting new people and day trips around this beautiful state; and will soon venture to other Mexican states. I have recently adopted a very active, personable and sometimes obnoxious kitten.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I met 2 young people who were hitch hiking through the Yucatan. One from the Netherlands and the other from Poland. What wonderful world experiences they shared. I know personally how expensive it is to travel and thought I might be able to assist some honest person in their travels. I'm also planning to move to another state in Mexico and might consider using this service myself and I have - meeting many new and wonderful people who are now my friends.

Drive 3500 miles to where I live in Mexico from the U.S. by myself with the company of a young grandson.
