I'm an easy going, open-minded person who likes to travel the world. Now working as a sports scientist.

I love getting to know new people from all around the world. I've studied in Finland for one semester which was the time of my life. Met many international people there; some of them are close friends now.

I'm just trying to enjoy life as much as possible, make as many unforgettable experiences with great people as possible. Cause that's what still makes me happy when I think about it some years later.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Cause I see it as a great opportunity to get to know locals and experience more about the city. I'm also happy to host people one day. At the moment I'm living in a small German town that probably no foreigner wants to visit. But that will change soon... ;)
And of course couchsurfing is good for a small travelling budget... :D

Interests

Travelling. I've seen many places in Europe already. My trips to South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia were great.

Sports. I love sports, doing as well as watching (and cheering). Tennis and soccer are my favorites. I also love to go surfing, windsurfing and skiing.

Going out for a beer, a cocktail or a nice party. Or just sitting together with good friends. Who doesn't like that!? :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like many kinds of music. Nearly everything except classical music and heavy metal. My favorite singer is Ellie Goulding.

I also like reading books (especially thrillers and crime novels) and watching movies (preferably comedy).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

More than one thing.....bungee jumping from the world's highest bungee bridge, experiencing the South African wildlife (I just love animals...), swimming with dolphins and seeing the northern lights in Lapland, Finland. All amazing experiences! :)
