About Me
These introductions are always a bit lame, who doesn't love beer, food, travel, hiking, meeting new people etc?
Some fun facts about me: I have a tattoo of an ant on my foot. I grew up amongst the Norwegian fjords and mountains. I like to knit and puzzle. I have a lot of plants. I danced Norwegian folk dance for ten years. I love to sing but I suck at it.
Some of the best things in the world:
Hot water in the shower
When your favorite song is on
Youtube-videos that make you cry
A glass of ice cold water
Wild berries
My grandmother
Blue sky
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Does it need further explanation?
I am new to using couchsurfing, I previously only used Airbnb. I've been an Airbnb host in Norway for two years, and I have hosted over 200 people. I've also traveled using Airbnb.
I do not have any references on couchsurfing yet, but I have over 60 reviews on my airbnb-account: https://no.airbnb.com/users/show/20359657

Music, Movies, and Books
Top three books, without doubt:
Ma Jian - Red Dust
Jorge Luis Borges - Labyrinths
George Orwell - 1984
I like a meaningful text and a beautiful melody in combination. There is so much good music, some of my favorites include:
Pink Floyd, Mumford & Sons, Bob Dylan, 宋冬野, Bon Iver, Shanghai Restoration Project, John Mayer, Half Moon Run.
