I am an older woman, open, honest and reliable. I am very interested in other people, in hearing their stories and sharing laughter and tears.. I am quiet and sensitive, but I have the courage to be true to myself and take the path less trodden. When in the right place with the right people I am very lively and sociable!
My interests include raw food, wildlife, world music and dance.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to Couchsurfers but have often stayed in other dancer's homes while travelling around UK. Much more relaxing than a formal hotel!

Intereses

Circle Dance, 5 Rhythms, Biodanza, Yoga and any other form of dance/movement that engages the spirit as well as the body.
I'm a raw food enthusiast, and some would say expert on healing diets.
Interested in Permaculture and organic growing, though I don't have green fingers.
I sing and play viola, mainly E European stuff

I went inside a glacier as a child and will never forget it.
Two days at the Grand Canyon were not enough for me - one day I'll go back!
Dancing in circle with 60 others to commemorate the life of a close friend was moving, sad and beautiful.
That's three - why limit myself?

I can teach beautiful simple sacred chants, and circle dances. I can show some of my favourite healthy recipes. I can offer an intro to Non-Violent Communication. I love learning how other people live - so much variety in our human family!
