About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to see more of the world.
ABOUT ME
I'm generally happy and easy going. I like to travel but don't do it as much as I would wish. I'm hoping to change that.
I like doing outdoorsy stuff but also reading, watching movies, playing games and just hanging out. I grew up in Gothenburg but moved to Lysekil (130 km north of Gbg) in 2007 to work at a marine research station. The area is well-known for its beautiful nature and it's been listed by CNN Travel as one of the world's last great wilderness areas. I love living here and if I ever feel a craving for city life, Gothenburg is only two hours away by bus. My family still lives down there, so I visit at least once a month.
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy life, good enough is good enough, live as if the world were like you wish it was, treat others as you want to be treated.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all kinds of movies, except maybe horror. I read mostly fantasy books, some sci-fi and some environmental science and green economy books. I like most kinds of music. I don't really grow tired of good music, so I just keep collecting and adding to mile-long playlists. For the past ten years though, most of the new music I've discovered have been of the Americana/Am Folk/Country persuasion. Also Swedish Folk and reggae/hip hop.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Was fortunate enough to get to Ilulissat, Greenland, through work, in 2009. That was amazing. Sitting drinking coffee and watching ice bergs crack and flip over. The landscape was jaw-dropping, the colors just amazing! The sky and the ocean were so blue, the mountains were brick red, the moss was neon green and the ice bergs so white it hurt your eyes. We also saw whales and musk oxen, seals and arctic fox. My best trip!
