ABOUT ME

Presently working as a musician. Projects include a classic rock band, BlackWire (yes, it's a string quartet fleshed out with rhythm section) that also doubles as big band backup for one, Sandy Merrill, a vocalist of the old school when vocalists could really sing. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had a terrific experience hosting a young Frenchman several years ago whom I found via an add stapled to a telephone pole. It wasn't easy finding a video to rent that appealed to both of us.

Classic rock, of course...done by a string quartet with bass, drums and keyboard. Doing my arrangements. Next is music from the big band era with the well written lyric and chords one can actually work with.

Movies? Whatever I saw last. They're all good.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Lived in Iran before the fall of the Shah, part of the time by myself. Those 3 1/2 years were the high point of my life even today many years later.
