To travel the world as much as I can while meeting fantastic people at the same time. I want to experience life to the fullest and leave a piece of me behind in each place I visit.

I’m a passionate soul on a journey. I’m not sure where my journey is taking me yet but I will find that out in due time. I love with all my heart and I feel with all my being. I am always searching for my next adventure and I embrace the misadventures I have along the way. I enjoy meeting new people and encourage anyone reading this to reach out to me and say hello. You just might make a new friend :)

PHILOSOPHY

I feel like most people just graze the surface of emotions. Both with themselves and with others. People seem afraid to feel. For me, I’m the exact opposite. I have been told all my life that I’m emotional. I say that being emotional isn’t a bad thing at all! It means I’m passionate. That I had the nerve to dream. That I had the gall to hope for something and I will not apologize for being hurt if I don’t succeed or ecstatic if I do. If I’m sad, I want to feel the heartbreak. I want to experience just how flat and hard that rock feels when I’m sitting at rock bottom. When I’m happy, I want to dance with joy and sing with elation. I want to taste the clouds and their silver linings. If I’m angry I want to shout and maybe even throw something. I want to scream myself into exhaustion. And so on and so forth. This, in my humble opinion, is how I can truly breathe in life to my very essence and allow myself to become who I’m meant to be.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I went to Haiti where I was helping with earthquake relief efforts. I was working at an orphanage that had an influx of orphans and not enough staff or space to take care of things. These kids were amazing. It was heartbreaking to say the least but they were filled with hope and happiness. They always wanted to help you. this experience changed me. It changed me in too many ways to count. But I can guarantee I’m a better person because of these kids. And I got to see firsthand how I changed a person’s life for the better. Compassion lies in the heart, and the heart is all that matters. It’s a universal language that everyone understands. You cannot fake compassion. You cannot pretend, or hide it. It shows. It shows in your eyes. In my opinion, everyone on this planet could stand to see a bit of compassion in another’s eyes. When I see it, it reminds me that I’m not alone. It reminds me that someone else cares about what happens to another human being. It reminds me that we have a soul and that this soul is worth everything.

In Bali, Indonesia I met the most amazing folks I've ever met in my life. I learned how to love from them. I spent a little less than a month with them and they are now lifelong friends.
