Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Keep sharing smiles and experiences :) Grow and learn with the people around me!
ABOUT ME
I like anything that makes me conceptualise differently or alters my perception of things. I love learning and experiencing new things - particularly relating to our bodies and minds - and am keen to devour anything on any topic that sounds interesting to me! I believe the best way to gain new experience is full immersion and throwing caution to the wind
PHILOSOPHY
Hmmm!
I believe that everyone on earth is living a life that is spiraling towards death and in this life you come in contact with other people who share this same, scary fate. If you aren't helping these people smile, laugh and feel good about the life they are living, then you are wasting your time, so just be nice to everyone you meet!
To experience the fullness of this existence you should seek the truth in all its forms

Music, Movies, and Books
Woah there are way too many things too list...
Music, I am down with nearly all music! The weirder the better and anything truthful and heartfelt
I don't watch that many movies any more but I love documentaries and love devouring documentaries on anything interesting, again, the weirder the better!
Books, there are so many things to list but I love anything that interests me from more alternative stuff like Graham Hancock and Terence McKenna, theology like the bhagavad gita to really straight stuff like Kaku and books on futurism.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Bicycle touring Nepal and India, including cycling over some big Hills like thorong la pass (5416 metre altitude) in the annapurna section of the Himalaya
Coordinating and running a school reconstruction program in kathmandu for volunteers after the 2015 earthquake
Working as an animal conservationist in the Himalayas for 6 month, hiking and exploring this beautiful environment every day
Living and coordinating volunteer projects in tropical paradise Samoa for 6 months
Teach, Learn, Share
I have only just started couch surfing but there are so many easy things you can do each day that make each day so good and makes bad situations easy.
In a very simple way; be nice to everyone - positive energy you put out absolutely comes back (sounds like such typical hippy stuff but it works)
Be true to yourself - also sounds like heaps cliched hippy stuff but it really is the easiest way too be happy
What I Can Share with Hosts
Yoga, pranayama and meditation classes, bicycle mechanics and any other help I can provide!
Good yarns, chats and story sharing!
