About Me
Hello, my name is Lindsay. I am 35 years old and I am a teacher. My teaching degree specializes in teaching children with special needs, however, for the last 6 years I have been teaching aboard in Mexico and now I am teaching in Colombia. Currently I teach in English to 2nd graders (7 & 8 years old) at a private Colombian school in Armenia. I love my job and my life. I am never bored and am very active and busy. I am not the kind of host that will show you around the city for two reasons. The first is I am busy I work full time and have responsibilities outside of work (my dog, working out, maintaining a home, teacher work). The second is I am still very new to Armenia myself and I am still exploring and discovering the city. What I can offer you is a place to sleep, full use of the apartment and kitchen, and I hope good company (I usually try to hangout with guests a little it's part of sharing the experience.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel, meet new people, and learn about cultures different than my own. I feel couch surfing offers the perfect opportunity to do all of the above. Also traveling can be expensive and I feel this offers a more economic way to travel. One love!
Interests
I love bicycling!!! I have both a road bike and a mountain bike and I do compete competitively. I love the outdoors, fishing, and camping. But I also enjoy the city and eating at restaurants, going to museums, and shopping.

Teach, Learn, Share
I think it's important to not live with regret and to live everyday as if it was your last. After all we never know how much time we will get to be here. And that you your self are in charge of your own happiness if you aren't happy then do something about it.
Live, love, laugh
