Overview
About Me
I lead a colorful life and love learning about the world around me through others' stories. I have been fortunate to travel quite a bit in my 29 years, and I love this site for the people it has connected me with and the places it's taken me.
My dog, Sage, is a 10-year-old Corgi/Jack Russell mix who is very fond of people and no doubt will thirst for your attention when you first arrive.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet other travelers who have a hunger for learning new things, meeting new people, exploring, and being adventurous wherever they are. I surfed in Uruguay for my first experience and really felt this rooted gratitude for human kindness and generosity.
---------------------------------------------------------
I surfed with a host in Montevideo, Uruguay for my first time and got a nice feel for the local vibe. We hung out, played music, ate, drank pisco, and had a great time. I'm excited to meet other people who have seen varietal parts of this world and hear their stories.

Biographies/documentaries
I'm an Austin native with a love for live music, being outdoors, taking my kayak out on the water, and margaritas.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I came face to face with a great white shark! No, this was not a dream. I was shark diving in South Africa and a 16-ft great white came up and bit our cage... needless to say, I was "bubbling" everywhere.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've held a variety of jobs, met and loved many souls, fallen for a few, traveled around the world, dove deep under the sea and plunged out of an airplane, and more. I'm lucky to have lived a full life already and can't sit still long enough to stop now.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share good conversation, food, lots of stories, and a listening ear. But only one ear.
