ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Lindsay, a painter and illustrator from Scotland... And adopted parisienne since 2011. Apart from drawing and painting pictures, I love dancing and music! Oh, and chatting, cooking, going out to eat, going out with friends! On a more serious note, I want to get involved in environmental campaigns, the natural world seems more and more under threat and I find that scary. So I'm always heartened to meet people who are conscious of those issues and trying to put their energies into improving things!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nuria and I and our good friend Raz stayed for 4 nights with Claudio Papetti in Bologna, and had a truly fantastic time. Such a positive first experience- think we'll turn into full time couchsurfers! So much more than a place to sleep, the experience is more about seeing a little piece of someone else's life, their friends, the place they live in... Really fun, intriguing thing to do.

Interests

Visual art, painting and making things, environmental and social issues, film, (hip hop) dancing, languages, musique (especially Prince, Kendrick Lamar, Tune-yards, Stevie Wonder, Grandmaster Flash, Youssou N'dour etc!), cooking, chatting, other people... the world at large. Narrows it down a bit.
