Overview
About Me
Ontario native living in Vancouver BC with my partner Alex and rescue dog Juniper. I'm an Account Manager in the food tech industry who's recently gone back to school to complete a diploma in Graphic Design. We love here to explore all the beauty BC has to give and love sharing it with visitors and tourists alike. I've couch surfed with some amazing people in Switzerland and Germany then lived in Girona Catalonia for the summer of 2016.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travelling most when I get to live like the locals. Do what they do for fun, eat what they eat and see the town like them. I love the cultural exchange that takes place when meeting people from other countries and I've only ever met amazing people while travelling! I love that couch-surfing gives me the opportunity to travel and see new places but also to meet awesome people who are passionate about their city and willing to show it to me! I would love to return the favour if it works out.
Interests
I love the outdoors, a lot. I'm a runner, I enjoy hiking, camping and basically all sports and am a big animal lover! Music in my life is a must and I'm open to listening to almost all genres. I love exploring new places meeting new people and learning everything I can from them. I also like learning new languages and trying new (vegetarian) foods!

Music, Movies, and Books
Kind of all over the map; anything from indie/alternative rock and folk to Motown and modern funk and funny enough I love latino/raggaeton and salsa dancing!
I enjoy a good documentary about nature or design and I tend to not read many books, I prefer writing in a journal instead.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
3 so far: I've scuba dived the Great Barrier Reef, ran with the bulls at the San Fermin Festival, rode quad bikes through the hills of Australia's great dividing range chasing wild kangaroos, held a frog venomous enough to kill two humans in Costa Rica, camped in the snow on the coastal mountains in BC, snowboarded Mt Baker, summited multiple peaks in BC and saw orca whales in person.
Teach, Learn, Share
Pura Vida is one saying that resonated with me thanks to my time in Costa Rica, I think we should all live a pure and simple life, appreciate the small things and be kind to one another.
