I am very loving and outgoing. I am always up for experiencing new things and meeting cool interesting people. I'm happy all the time and I am in love with music. I love to talk and have really in depth conversations about anything and everything. Hearing other people's point of view is very important to me. I love learning new things, especially new languages. I'd love to meet you :)

I'll do my best to host you in my wonderful town while I'm not out traveling! It doesn't hurt to contact me anyways I would love to meet up. I also have lots of friends who I could recommend to host you in case I am unable to!

I have loved every single experience I have had. Couchsurfing is a revolutionary way to travel.

Interests

I love to travel. I surf very often and practice yoga everyday. I teach at a yoga studio in the area and also love practicing yoga in nature.

It is my life dream to visit every country in the world and experience a variety of different cultures. When I'm not surfing, practicing yoga, or traveling, I spend lots and lots of time with my dog going on adventures to the many different places (mountains, deserts, waterfalls, beaches, etc.). I love to explore and adventure and do things that scare me!

Please do not just message me if in learning that I practice yoga, that I am someone who practices "free love" or am interested in massage or anything regarding tantra. It's inappropriate. I feel I just need to address this because I have received far too many messages about massage exchange or people wanting me to teach them yoga and add a creepy winking smiley face. I am open to a lot of things, but I think I'm NO way should it be used as a dating cite or a place for people to meet and "hook up". It should be a safe place where travelers can meet locals and experience the culture. So please, if this is your intention with me after reading my profile, do not message me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've built houses in Uruguay, surfed on the west coast of Mexico and baja, surfed and hiked in Costa Rica, went to school in Buenos Aires, explored the islands of Hawaii, walked the camino de Santiago, toured the ring of Kerry, celebrated St. Patrick's day in Dublin, climbed Anicapri on the island of Capri in Italy, seen Iguazu falls on the border of Brazil and Argentina, slack lined between redwood trees, and been to countless concerts around California. I camped and hiked in death valley, driven up the entire west coast of the united states, gotten certified to teach yoga, lived in a yurt, seen hundreds of sunsets, gotten lost in the streets of venice. There is no possible way to narrow down all the amazing moments of my life to choose just one. I live adventure

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been a surf instructor for many summers, I teach yoga, love to cook and adventure to far off places. But mostly I love to learn from others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have surf boards, teach yoga, have a car to take us on adventures, I have a wonderful, loving dog. I have lived in Encinitas my entire life so I am very knowledgable of the area and even if we don't spend time together, I would love to even just recommend places for you to experience!
