I just read Confederacy of Dunces in preparation for a road trip to New Orleans, highly recommend it.
Anything by Dave Eggers.

I enjoy all kinds of music and a good trivia show on NPR.

Lately I have binged on less than great rom-coms. Don't judge me.

During a bicycle trip across the US I was so impressed and overwhelmed with the kindness of a complete stranger. More than once my two friends and I were graciously invited into people's homes, given a warm bed for the night and fed amazing meals.
