ABOUT ME

I am currently working, studying, and playing in China's 8th largest city - Wuhan. I am desperately trying to learn Chinese and explore this amazing country as much as possible before it becomes Westernized and therefore, ruined (in my humble opinion). I have traveled all over China as Asia as well as, of course, my wonderful country (Canada) and a few others such as New Zealand and The US.

I prefer to travel off the beaten track and meet people and learn from them as I go. Zen Party Bus!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Let's just say I have been through 8 years of university and 3 years of full time traveling....this constitutes 10+ years of couch surfing. As far as this collective is concerned I've only hosted a few people and only stayed with a few as well -

I cycle-toured around both islands of new zealand all by myself with just a tent on the back of my bike in one and a half months and lived on 10$ a day.
