COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

little so far, went to a Couchsurfing meeting to Luxembourg last year, have met a few couchsurfers, and a few of my friends couchsurf... so I definitely need to get more couchsurfing experience!

Interests

dancing, mainly Lindy hop, Balboa and Blues but still occasionnally Tango or Salsa as well, traveling, swimming, hiking, cross country skiing, trying out new sports and activities, learning languages (mostly Spanish and Swedish now, but would love to learn some Russian or mandarin or any other interesting language someday)
Dancing has become a major interest of mine the recent years, I regularly take classes, go out dancing, travel to dance events...

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Englar alheimsins, Veronica decides to die, Das Licht auf den Bergen, The alchemist, Self-made Man, Sophie's World, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Neverending story, naive. super, Smilla's sense of snow... I don't read books that often(mostly newspapers and magazines).

Movies: I love going to the cinema (mostly alternative cinema ie non-blockbuster movies)

Music:I love all kinds of music, currently I often listen to Eivor Palsdottir, Diana Krall, Bajofondo, Calexico, Sigur Ros, Johnny Cash, John Butler Trio, The Black Crowes...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seen:Grand Canyon, Gullfoss,
Dune de Pyla, the stars...
Done: I rarely do much, I'm more of a thinker than a do-er... ;-))
Attended some amazing dance festivals such as Frankie95 in New York in 2009, in memory of one of the greatest Lindy Hoppers of all times, Frankie Manning. Miami Salsa Congress in 2008, NY Salsa Congress in 2007
