ABOUT ME

Currently spending my 7th year living abroad and teaching. Spent about 5 years in Korea and almost 2 years in Beijing, China, now.

Enjoying most of it, but I don't think I'll ever be a cold weather girl. growing up in SoCal basically ruined me. So every chance I get I try to explore warm places or places when they're warm.

Current holiday destinations are typically places where I can dive.

Mostly looking for hangouts now. It's difficult to host in China even though I have the space.

Interessen

Currently interested in:

Indoor Climbing/Bouldering: The grace these people have is astounding. I want to climb a wall like I'm dancing to Mozart. Can't do it often, but enjoy it when I do.

Scuba Diving: I got a taste of it in the Philippines, went once in Sicily, got my advanced in Amed, Bali, and now looking forward to diving the GBR in Cairns on a liveaboard.

Reading: Trying to catch up on a few years of bookless months. And failing.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: Very eclectic right now, but I like jazzy vibes and lounge music. However read to move and groove on a night on the town.

Books: not time to read much except curriculum deseign and education books :(

Movies: Everything and anything. I will sit through almost any movie, except dumb humor. Scary movies I mostly cover my eyes, but enjoy it none the less. Prepare to have popcorn spilled everywhere... I like a good RomComs, too.

Night Diving had me on a high for a week. So amazing the life that comes out at night. Beautiful.
