Hi, I am a Chinese working and living in Japan with my husband who is a Japanese.
We both work in weekdays, and travel once we can have a few days off.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To share some moments with locals is always the best way to feel the distinations. We are looking for some hosts for our following trip, and also like to host when we are available to do so.

Interests

We both like traveling, campling, treckking, snowboard in winter and diving in summer occasionally. We are also enthusiastic to food (in Japan a numorous of nice restaurant for your selection)
My husband, yuta, also like beer, whisky, Japanese sake, manga and anime. So if you are a Japanese manga fan, you have a lot to chat. He speaks only Japanese but don't worry, I can help.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We hold a riverside BBQ wedding with all the welcome boards, garland, flower crown handmaded by ourselves and our dear friends.
We even invited the locals to help us making Japanese 'mochi-tsuki' (ponding cooked rice to make rice cakes). The little wedding attracted local newspaper and TV news, also the mayor came to cheer up :)

I can share you some experience of the different culture between east Asian countries. Also if you are interested in the languages, I can help on both Chinese and Japanese.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We moved to our new house recently, so not yet perfectly equiped. A private room in second floor with a Japanese futon is available. Of course you can share the kitchen, bath and toilet with us so please keep everything clean.
