I love opening my window and see the sun shining, the feeling of sand under my feet, the first sip of a fresh beer, writing and drawing on the margins of notebooks, savoring the odor of a meal that is still cooking, watching people dancing swing, children running and laughing carelessly, all these simple things that make life beautiful.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Few years ago, I traveled alone around China for several months and discovered that CS is the best way to meet local people who would be happy to teach me their culture and share their everyday life with me. This experience was amazing as I got to know wonderful people with positive energy, curiosity, knowledge, hopes and dreams. I remember the people I met and the moments we shared more than the places I went to. That's the magic of CS!

Now I work in Brussels and live in an apartment with my boyfriend Laurent near the city center. We are happy to welcome travelers to our home. We will only host women for a simple reason : we want to encourage women to travel alone and offer them a safe space to do so.
