Overview
About Me
I am a dreamer, a spontaneous "all or nothing" person, easygoing and an introverted extrovert or the other way around. Respectful, open-minded and aspire to live an exciting life!
Value creativity, freedom and nature
I love casual hangouts, drinking beer, going out clubbing.
I cherish connecting on a deeper level, talking about things that feel important.
LIFE RIGHT NOW
- Living in a collective on the countryside with my partner, two friends and two dogs. And two chicken, although my dog tried to narrow it down to one.
- Knitting, building a canoe, sewing clothes, growing food, spending time in the forest
- Member of a beer-association in the nearest town. Recently learned that sourbeer is the best
DREAMS
- Living on a farm with lots of friends and people. Being self-sufficient, having courses in canoeing, outdoors-life, crafts, yoga etc. Having a raw-food cafe, selling vegetables we're growing
- Eating greek olives in greece, gelato in italy, palak paneer in india, empanadas in argentina, eating my way through the world
- Doing long expeditions, spending weeks and months traveling by foot or with canoe and experiencing nature in norway, mongolia, nepal, northern usa, canada
- Being a part of a bigger community, sitting around fires, singing togheter, telling stories
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Inspiration, curiosity and opportunity.
Meeting people, traveling. I haven't travelled since before covid and here comes a really swedish saying: I feel it sucking in the travel-intestin. It basically means that you feel an urge to travel!
I have participated in projects focusing on outdoorlife and through that met amazing people. I hope to do the same thing here.
There are so many interesting people to meet and enriching conversations to have and think this is one of the places where that can be found

Music, Movies, and Books
It's difficult to say because I often change opinions :)
But Sara Parkman is a given (if you haven't listened to her I recommend it)! Ellen Sundbergs album "du sålde min biljett", a cover of Kjell Höglund, is amazing.
I just finished reading A thousand splendid suns and it will take a while before I can read anything else, it was really good.
Things I've watched lately and enjoyed is Conversations with friends, Babylon Berlin and something else...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Canoeing for two weeks in the swedish wilderness.
Spending a week in northern italy having the opportunity to visit youth centers that are focused on outdoorslife.
Volunteering at Urkult, a really cool festival in northern sweden!
Lived in a swedish ashram and participated in a yoga course for three months
Built my own wooden canoe, even though I had never really worked with wood before. I'm really proud of that one
