It's ME , I am LINNEA !

What a challenge to write something about me in only a few sentence but to give you a deeper impression of who I am without disclose to much about myself.

First I wanted to add Palatine as mother language but there were no matches found... :D

ME AND MY TRAVEL NERVES

Traveling for me is not only visiting new places, nature, flora, fauna and surroundings. In particular I'm intrested in how different yet similar people are, how their different cultures have different important worldly wisdoms and a different art to live.

My family always made the most out of every school holiday. We traveled around Scandinavia and took advantage of 'allemannsrätten' (swedish for 'right of access for all) with our little bus. But different from how other people normally make their holidays, we traveled off the beaten track and far away from touristic places. From hiking in the Pyrenees to discovering Iceland, that is what is "all inclusive" for me :D

And I had this great unusual opportunity to travel to Namibia with scouts in 2011.

That's where I got my passion for traveling from, which keeps on growing. Especially during my time working and traveling through Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia for one year after I finished high school.

For me, traveling by myself like this is very important because it changes our point of view. Things gain different importance as well as our problems do. Traveling challenges you and changes you but you can always choose the way it does. I think it's a great opportunity to move out of our comfort zone, sometimes right to our limits and into progress. Traveling is colourful!

There is so much to see and to discover on this beautiful huge planet! And often we don't even open our eyes and recognize what's happening around us!

Also you learn to appreciate the diversity and what you already got!

I like it, I don‘t want to miss it and I‘d love to exchange travel storys with you and create some new ones ;o)

The reason why you cant‘t find any references from me on couchsurfing yet is because until now I mainly used Airbnb to connect with locals ;)

PERSONAL PREFERENCES

I love to spend in nature, going hiking or climbing in the mountains or just being impressed by the fantastic landscapes around us!

And, by the way it is my passion to capture these impressions with my camera and create different kinds of views or use unusual perspectives.

So, now you could have an idea of who I am or who I'm supposed to be, but be aware that these are only parts of me. I still learning about myself and life and there is so much more to discover ;)
