About Me

CURRENT MISSION

enjoy whatever is enjoyable

ABOUT ME

I'm evil and untrustworthy, trust me. Ha!

I rarely feel really lonely. Got nothing to hide - no bank accounts in Switzerland, no home drug labs. A bit of craziness and a lot of charm. Feel free to make your own opinion about me.

PHILOSOPHY

Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.
Well, that's what I'd like it to be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I've been mostly relying on the kindness of the CSers around the world, but one day I will host, host and host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's a great fun. Sometimes it was not easy to say goodbye to the wonderful people I met via CS.

Music, Movies, and Books

some random collection - some of Proust, Palahniuk, Boulgakov, Zweig, and oh so many others. a tiny bit of poetry. Something I can think of right now - "A curious incident of the dog in the night time", "The mind's eye", "A thousand splendid suns" were good.

Florence and the Machine, Radiohead, Gans'n'Roses, The Kooks, Muse, Regina Spector, U2, Aerosmith, Depeche Mode, The Fray, Lake people, Snow patrol, Hinder, some electronic projects (mostly minimal, ambient, a bit of dubstep), Louis Armstrong, Ray Charles.
And definitely Michael Jackson.

Requiem for a dream, Fight club, Paris Je t'aime, Howl's moving castle by Miyazaki, Gone in 60 seconds, A Love song for Bobby Long, Closer (2004), Chocolat, 9 songs, Good Will Hunting, Lost in translation, Dead poets society, Exit through the gift shop, Last night.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Learned to ride a bike when I was 19.
Got lost in the 'dancing forest'.
Opened my heart and mind in a travel.
Moved to Berlin, to Hong Kong, and keep on moving.

I guess some of the best things are to follow.

Teach, Learn, Share

Taught 4 groups of small children (3-5 year old) for a year. Like learning more than teaching.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Belarus, Belgium, France, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

China, Germany, Russian Federation
