ABOUT ME

I´m quite open minded, friendly, honest and easy-going. I´m very interested in meeting cool people, learning about different cultures and to practice my spanish or mandarin!

PHILOSOPHY

I think one of the personally most valuable things you can do with your life is to gain lots of different experiences and master more and more personal challenges to expand the mind and grow in character and then make a change in the world! Also I try to live minimalistic on a material level and live vegetarian, usually don't drink alcohol and abstain from other drugs.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosting people in Berlin, couchsurfing in Asia and attending CS meetings in Berlin.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosting quite a few international friends in Berlin and hosted three people directly via CS so far. I had my first surfing experiences in Asia, which were quite cool!

I´m a very curious person and interested in many things; especially economics, politics, philosophy, psychology and self-development; and of course travelling, music, meeting people and sports ;-)

Music: rock (Linkin Park, sum41, Green day etc), classics (especially piano stuff) and relaxing music (Jack Johnson, Snow Patrol etc)
books: lots of stuff; my favorite fiction books are "The Kiterunner" and Ken Folletts epic books "Pillars of the Earth" and "Fall of Giants"
TV-Shows/Movies: Big Bang Theory, Scrubs; Into the Wild, Way Back, Seven Pounds, Ace Ventura, Batman Dark Knight

my exchange semester at the UC San Diego: surfing with dolphins, travelling Californias nationalparks Yosemite, Death Valley, Grand Canyon - these impressions changed the way I see the world today!
And travelling Asia!

I can tell you lots of interesting things about economics and the (messed up) financial system. Further I'd love to discuss different life philosophies and share my own ideas. Also got some general advice for travelling.
