Hey! I'm Lindsey!

I've been involved with couch surfing for several years, and have hosted countless surfers in my old apartment in Chicago. This account was originally created for both myself and my former roommate, Becky. I firmly believe in the ideals of couch surfing and have loved meeting people from all over the world.

PHILOSOPHY

To quote the incomparable RuPaul "If you can't love yourself, then how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else?"

Don't worry about time and money. Those things just come and go.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with CS. I've been meeting so many wonderful people and making really great friendships because of it, and I'm convinced it is one of the best decisions I've ever made!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Movies: I've been really into brutal horror movies lately, so if you have an recommendations I'd be very grateful! Other than that, I love anything Wes Anderson, PT Anderson, Kubrick, Tarantino, etc. There is a soft spot in my heart for Matthew McConaughey.

Music: The Hold Steady is my hands down favorite band. Other notables include The White Stripes, Die Antwoord, Lady Gaga, and Neko Case.

I also am an avid TV consumer. Some of favorites include: The Sopranos, True Detective, Breaking Bad, Parks & Recreation, and Workaholics. My boyfriend and I also watch Jeopardy every day. Trivia knowledge is a very important thing.
