Over the past three years, I’ve been fortunate to explore this wonderful world. Now, I’m enjoying focusing on my work as a teacher, studying, community and cultivating long-term relationships where i live.

I absolutely love this life .. it‘s such a wonderful journey.

My top three values: Health, Relationships, and Freedom. I try to live by them as much as possible.

• Health-wise, I eat healthy, have regular and early sleep, and move my body daily.

• In terms of my Relationships, I try to have deep and fruitful conversations by letting my ego out and listening deeply.

• As for Freedom, I always try to do what I truly want to do and break free from any self-imposed limitations or fear-based beliefs that might hold me back.
