I think travel is about exploring the genuine culture of a place and connect with people, and what better way to do so than to meet and stay with locals? I'm fascinated to learn about other cultures and different ways of life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a very mixed music taste, everything from jazz, and psychedelic rock to folk music from all over the world.
My favorite book is a philosophical one called "Reasons and Persons"
My favorite movie is "En man som heter Ove". I also like movies such as Inception, Interstellar, Back to the Future, Her, The Father, Before Sunrise, and Ex Machina. Mostly Sci-fi I guess.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This summer, I went on a solo trip to Central Asia exploring Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. I also got a glimpse of Afghanistan. It was a really cool trip filled with adventure; crazy taxi rides, yurt stays, crashing a wedding party, trading with afghan salesmen and hitchhiking.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm no expert meditator but I could tell you about the basics and what it is really about. I could also teach you how to take all different kinds of photos. I could also help you learn English or Swedish, or French or Spanish to an intermediate level. I'm interested in languages so it would be fun to learn a bit of your language.

What I Can Share with Hosts

It would be great to talk and just get to know each other. We could share music, litterature and life stories. I'm intrigued to hear about your life! We could cook together and also do outdoor activities like travelling around the area.
