ABOUT ME

All about me...well, I am 23, pisces, and grew up in the southern U.S. After leaving the south and going to university in the midwestern U.S. I decided to venture even further and ended up in Australia. I have now spent a year working in Japan as well and am currently on a 3 month trip through Europe so I guess you could say I don´t like to stay in any single place too long. I don´t smoke, can keep things pretty clean when I need to and am an excellent house guest!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing...well, most recently I slept on a couch of distant family friends in Berlin and before that a random Belgian girl in Antwerp offered me her couch for a couple nights. It was great to learn about life in Belgium from someone young and pretty much at the same point in life. I have also crashed on many couches throughout the U.S. on road trips back and forth between home and school. I can sleep anywhere...a bed, a couch, the floor. I have a sleeping bag so anywhere works really.

Just about anything can keep me entertained but my main passion is obviously traveling, meeting new people, and just having fun. I grew up playing soccer, love to be outside, had a great time skydiving but cant afford to do it again yet...

音乐、电影和书籍

One of my favorite authors is Tes Gerritsen because I love medical mysteries. I also really enjoyed Kate Chopin´s The Awakening and Angels and Demons was one of my more recent books that I enjoyed. In terms of music, Jack Johnson is my current favorite but I like just about everything except really hard rock and heavy metal. And movies...that depends entirely on my mood and whether I want a good laugh or a cry.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Well...I have been traveling for 2 months through Europe right now and have already been through 14 countries. Before that I spent a year teaching in Japan and traveled to Malaysia, Cambodia, Singapore, and China and before that I spent four months in Australia and got to travel to New Zealand and Fiji. I have done and seen a lot. You can´t really compare climbing through Angkor Wat, standing on the Great Wall of China, snorkelling at the Great Barrier Reef, walking through Auschwitz, and all the other amazing things I have done.
