About Me

CURRENT MISSION

travelling, meeting new people and other cultures, other ways to live; always enjoying life for sure!

ABOUT ME

I think I'm an outgoing person, cool and open-mind (like everyone could say), I'm acting in a semi-professional troup (I don't really know if you can say that in english) and I like go out see a play, but make party too. What can I say more? I'm the type of person that is always making friend with everybody he can. I like have big conversation about everything, intelligent things, but I prefer stupid things: it's funnier! I'm also a beer lover due to my belgian origin and I love tasting wine, due to my swiss origin. And I think having an interesting conversation arround a glass a wine or a beer is a way more interesting than... than I don't know. But meeting people is so interesting for that prescisely.

PHILOSOPHY

Woaw! What a tricky question. I think your philosophy is always goin to be modified by people you meet. My philosophy would basically be to not have one fixed till my death!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I've only surfed people in south america and in the US but I'm definitely gonna host some once back in Switzerland. Actually I live with my mum (59 yrs old) but she amazingly cool and bought an air matress yet saying to me "it was so cool for you that I want people to have as much fun as you had" Is that not wonderfull? :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a lot of people and always had amazingly good experiences. Tryin to understand different ways of thinking, the roots of those ways and trying to explain mine. Having party also that is important, having fun basically!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies : so much! A few of those I LOVE : La cité de la peur, Oss 117, dogville, bronson, delicatessen, dikenek, inglorious basterd (for the prestation of christofer waltz), batman begin and the dark night (for the acting of Heath Ledger), La môme, Un prophète, The Mesrine movies...
Music : I'm open to every style (it's a bit more dificult for me to apreciate hard rock, heavy metal but why not) but basically trip hop like Portishead, Chinese Man Records, Wax Tailor, RJD2, The Avalanches, Java, Howie B, Mr Scruff. More? The Roots, The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, Amon Tobin, Champion et ses G strings, Joe Driscoll, Carmen Maria Vega, Calle 13, Movimiento Original, The 6th sense, Flobots, US3, Mr Roux, Just Jack, The fugees, and the classics like Led zeppelin, Deep Purple, The Doors Django Reinhart and so on
Books: once again it's hard. But I'll try with authors : Isaac Asimov, Agatha Christie, and actually a lot of theatre author : Sarah Kane, Tenessee Williams, Tirso de Molina, Racine, Corneille, Shakespeare, Molière (great author), Alfred de Musset (One Does Not Play with Love), and poetry Pablo Neruda and so much more....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived during 2 months in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, without neither electricity, nor running water in the place that is considerated as the 4th most dangereous of the city. Met the highest poverty I had never seen before but also the most kindness ever cause that guy that host me (nothing linked with CS) had nothing. But he gave me the "little everything" he had...

Teach, Learn, Share

Did you know... that we should meet to share that together cause it can be so small things and for some people so important. Well an example, in Argentina the crapiest place are called "las villas" and everybody think they're poor people. Actually "thanks" to the corruption they have their those guys are often l iving a waaaay better than commun people cause the politics gave them free electricity n running water if they vote for them. The only thing left is finding food so they (not all of them for sure but it's like a tendency) stole, deal and so on what make of those places the most dangereous of all argentina...
