ABOUT ME
Hi! my name is Liora, i'm from belgium !
I'm an open minded, curious, kind, sociable.
(I would say i'm smart and fun but that's more of a subjective opinion.)
I'm also caring and sensitive; i have a lot of empathy and i'm devoted to people in general.
I'm quite positive and pretty often in a good mood (we all have our bad days :) )
I'm also vegetarian (by taste, i don't like the taste or the consistence) so i don't eat meat, nor fish, nor chicken.. but i love (other) food..
I'm way more an evening person then a morning person..
I like discoverying stuffs, meeting new peoples, party, dance, just enjoying life!
I know how to party but i also love nature and the beauty and peace that it can bring us, so i love looking at the sunset or sunrise, at the stars or swimming in the sea, climbing a mountain or even just feeling the wind on my skin (yuup i sound like a total hippie)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To share; meet new people, see different cultures,..I wanna discover the world, and I think couchsurfing is an amazing way do to it!

I think it's a very good way to immerse yourself into a culture, and into a city and very good to practice other languages!
Altho' i'm a member since 2012, I never really used it until now..

Interests

I graduated my secondary in an art school , so all form of art and beauty.
I love movies (cinéma), music, photography, serigraphy, sculpture,...
I love dancing, here in buenos aires i'm learning tango (i'm so addicted right now)!
I also play the ukulele (well play is a big word aha !) but i love it and i'll do my best to improve !
I do kick boxing clases in Belgium and love it (so i guess i'm a little badass..)
Food in general...(especially chocolaaate or good food like indian food, italian food, thai food, etc)
I love playing games! you'll always have me ready for a card game like poker or danish or rami !!
Cats. Gin Tonics. Margarita & cocktails in general.
I'm a very curious person, i'm looking forward to learn about new things, people, cultures and countries!

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not have a favorite music, I listen to a lot of different things, it's more by periods, but in general, commercial, electro (soul), Jazz, Blues, a little country, hip hop, pop rock, indie, , reggae ton, little cumbia.
But it really depends on the song it self!
Altho' they are some artists I could listen to over and over, they are: The black keys, Nina Simone, Frank Sinatra, Mumford & Sons, Woodkid, Amy Winehouse, Queen, Wax Tailor, The Cat Empire, Michael Bublé, Stromae, Ed Sheeran, Pharrell Williams, Major Lazer, Disclosure, C2C, Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, 50 cents, ... (I love old school music as well! The 90' makes me remember my childhood!)

About movies, I also love a lot of movies !
One of my favorite is definitely "Casablanca", then movies like: Mr Nobody, Fight Club, Grand Budapest Hotel, Ocean 11, 12, 13, the twelve monkeys, Cloud atlas, Gastby, The matrix, The dark knight, Charlie Chaplin's movies (the dictator), Inside man, Into the wild, Sherlock Holmes, Austin Powers (I know the lines), Louis de funès's movies, Django unchained, Pulp Fiction, Rear Window, the perks of being a wallflower, Toy Story (hell yes!), Despicable me (for the minions!).. honnestly that's the ones i'm thinking of now, but there's so many more!
I'll always be up for a movie night!!
I just can't do horror movie or hard thrillers, cause I get so scared (so quickly)..
