About Me
ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Paris, 19e arrondissement. Lived in Berlin 1 year, in Boston 1 year, in Syria 3 months and in Laos 3 months. I studied International Relations to work in agricultural development and food security, either for a non profit organization or for a UN agency. I'd like to write too, a crazy detective novel taking place in Berlin, Paris and L.A.
PHILOSOPHY
try as many new things as you can, don't regret anything
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Unfortunately, I cannot host at the moment, but in a few months I should move in my own place with one of my best friend, Caroline, who's also a great traveler and couchsurfer.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
First time I couchsurfed was in a farm in New Zealand with another one of my best friend, Sophie, surrounded by sheep and chickens : it was amazing. Since then, I've been couchsurfing as often as I could (US, Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand...) because I think it's the best way to get to know the place you're traveling to and to meet people. I've only had great experiences in couch surfing and I am really looking forward to being able to host people myself.
Interests
Obviously traveling, but also music, dancing, eating, diving, watching movies, reading over and over again the novels that I like, I think it's reassuring when you already know the end

Music, Movies, and Books
Love movies, especially old ones, American and Italian.
Love music too, every type of music, depending on my mood. Oldschool gangsta hip hop when I am driving with my friends, eletronic music when I am feeling like going out to dance, stupid pop when I feel tired...
And also love reading and that's why I've studied literature at univeristy. It's hard to tell who my favourite authors are, but Flaubert, Vian, Camus, Gary, Chabon would definitely be in my top 10. I also love detective novels (especially Fred Vargas and James Ellroy).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling around the world by myself when I was 20, living in an old ghost house in Laos when I was 23.
