Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can share my house with one person at a time because its a very small loft.
The kitchen and laundry are located outside the Loft.
It will be a pleasure to introduce you the city if is my day off.
I work in a hotel so I am never at home. As I receive a lot of surfers, I ask 3- day staying limit (can be negociate).
I just ask you to be an organized and hygienic person, leaving the sand outside the loft.

Puedo compartir mi loft con sóla UNA PERSONA a la vez porque es una suite muy pequeña.
La cocina y la lavandería se encuentran afuera de la casa.
Será un placer presentarles la ciudad.
Trabajo en un hotel, así que nunca estoy en casa. Como recibo un montón de surfers, les pido 3 días de límite de estancia, preferencialmente en los finales de semana cuando estoy de franco.
Solo pido que sean responsables, arreglados y higienicos.
