Hey there, I'm a German backpacker, I'm doing my gap year of working holidays here in Australia, travelling around, seeing new places and meeting people. I just finished my A levels in high school and wanna study biology when I'm back in Germany.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

It's a great possibility to meet locals and leave the touristic paths where you meet lots and lots of backpackers but don't learn anything about the real australian lifestyle. It would be great if my host showed me the best spots to go and even better if we could go there together! Furthemore, I need to save money. Thus, Couchsurfing is perfect for me.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love rock music, but I listen to most other genres as well and I'm open for everything, but the greatest band on the world is Muse. Watching films is great too, especially in the cinema. I like Thriller and deep sense films which make you think and which are not clear from the beginning and I also love distopias. Ones of my favourite films are Pirates Of The Caribbean and The Lovely Bones. About books, i like the same gernres and fantasy like Harry Potter, the Hunger Games and Ruby Red.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

In school I was singing in an opera and operette we made with our choir. We played the Zigeunerbaron and Hänsel and Gretel, where I played the mother. I collected great experience that time, really enjoyed it and learned very much of it. It also strengthened my self confidence and improved my singing skills.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I'm open minded and friendly and not circumstancial, so I'm a pleasant company. My friends appreciate my cooking skills and the dishes are always empty after every meal. I really like cooking and I'd love cooking together.
We can share experiences and I can teach you singing, yoga or some basics of the German language, if you like to.
