Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to CS and looking forward to the opportunity to get to know people from different corners of the world and learn from your travel experiences. I love the Twin Cities and would be happy to share some of my favorite things to do around here!

Music, Movies, and Books

Newest favorite is a Chilean folk band called Illapu. Other recent favorites are the bands Middle Kids, Making Movies. I love music that makes you want to dance; cumbia is my latest obsession.

The last movie I saw was part of the MSP International Film Festival: "The Burdened" out of Yemen.

A few books I've enjoyed out of little free libraries: City of Thorns by Ben Lawrence; Women of the Forest by Yolanda & Robert Murphy.
