I believe that Couchsurfing, Carsharing and all the other alternative ways of travelling bring you much closer to the country, culture and most important to the people. In addition to the fact that you can get further and/or help people to get further and show them places they would maybe not have known about beforehand.

I love alternative rock, celtic metal, indie and then a few songs from almost every genre. But at the moment I am all into Mumford and Sons and The Devil Makes Three.
I usually watch documentaries about every possible topic...but mostly people and history. And bookwise looks the same..I like true crime, biographies and sometimes a good historical novel.

I have lived two years in a life-and worksharing community and farm for people with disabilities one year in Ireland and one year in Canada. I love the people, the work, the place....simply everything about it!
