About Me

I am 23 years young and have lived the past 3 years between homes and countries all over Europe. I'd like to call myself a very happy, content but exhausted expat.

I was born and raised in the most beautiful country in the world, Namibia. How that came to be is perhaps a story for another time. I would probably be more than happy to host you over there once I move back in the (very) near future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

With that being said, my European journey is slowly coming to an end and there are more than 22 places here that I have yet to tick off my bucket list before I pack my seven suitcases and move back to the not-so-tiny South-West Africa.

I have always been very adventurous but also always on a limited budget - genius combination, I know. I do not expect much from my Couchsurfing hosts because I will forever be grateful to stay in your home while I explore the beautiful city you live in.

Any doubts, concerns or simply have questions - message me! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Is that a trick question? ALL OF THEM.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So many trick questions... I'd like to believe i have achieved plenty in my 22 years on earth but just to name a few, I moved to the Netherlands by myself at age 19 and started off completely lost in a country I had never been to before, I then managed to surprise my parents in Namibia last summer when they were only expecting me for Christmas by working night shifts in a bar during a very demanding semester at uni and lastly, I kept myself alive and nurished during all of it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

In case you have not already noticed, but I have a lot to tell and share in terms of living in Namibia, what it is like to grow up there and how it came to be that my ancestors immigrated from Europe several decades ago.

Of course, I would also be more than happy to bring along any desired sweets or souvenirs from Valencia, where I currently live.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Greece, South Africa, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States
