When people ask me who I am, my speal usually goes a little like this - I was born in Toronto, I grew up in Hong Kong, I went to high school in California, and college in New York. Somehow, I ended up back in Toronto - I guess life always brings people back in full circles.

In essence, I'm a little bit of everywhere and a whole lot of nowhere. My closest friends are those I've met on my travels, similarly everywhere, similarly nowhere. They're the ones that share the most inspiring stories of trust, luck,
and a whole lot of crazy.

I've just moved back to Toronto, so if you're a little crazy, a little too trusting, and unbelievably lucky, I would love to meet up and share stories. Over a cup of tea or while dangling off the side of a boulder - I'm game.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best way to see a country is through the eyes of someone who actually lives it - I love to hear stories and I love to live stories.

And, of course, this is an incredible community filled with people "get it." You know what I mean ;)

Interests

I live for anything outside- Hiking, camping, kayaking, paddleboarding-
And then I spend my time indoors looking at art.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kayaked the Goosenecks of San Juan, spend the summer making art with kids in Alaska, watched stars move over the Sahara as I slept shivering under camel blankets, climbed abandoned pagodas in Bagan, spent a few weeks wrangling horses in Mongolia.
Surprisingly, all of these wonderful experiences occurred because I decided to do something on a whim.

Well, that, and I also wrote a thesis that, to this day, was the most rewarding thing I have ever done.
