About Me

Friendly and happy-go-lucky girl, I'm open to meeting people of all ages, color, creed, sexual orientation, what have you. I'm a freelance translator and love to travel, eat delicious food, have a good time, do silly things, party, walk my dogs, veggie out, hang out with friends, reflect on meaning of life, and most importantly, share joy and happy moments with those I love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really think that the world is a lot smaller than it used to be. It's a much more connected world and I think it's absurd to stay within the confines of your own culture and limit your perspectives and life experiences. I love to meet people from all cultures and countries, learn something about their culture and show them a bit of mine. It keeps life refreshing and makes you realize that we're all human and we can all be friends. :D

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: my love for electronic music was definitely re-ignited after visiting Berlin this year. Best music ever, anywhere, hands down :)

Movie: few recent movies I've enjoyed include Lucy, Jurassic World, and all time favorite has to be Good Will Hunting.

Books: Power of Now, it's a spiritual book that helped me see life in a new light, and I recommend it to everyone.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've fostered over 20 homeless animals until they found a loving forever home. It was one of the most rewarding things I've ever done knowing these lives would have definitely been in serious danger had they not had a temporary shelter with me, and I plan on continuing to foster more animals in the future.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Korean words and how to make a simple Korean dish that is delicious :)
