My name is Lisa and I am an eighteen years old high-school graduate. I am form Germany and live in Düsseldorf, a city with 700 000 inhabitants. After my gap year I would like to become an air traffic controller which requires proficiency in English.

Something about myself (am not good in describing myself and prefer others making their own opinion about my personality;) but would say that I'm pretty relaxed, open-minded, love having nice chats/laughter and am always motivated for action and sport!
I did track and field at a competitive level and travel now through Australia and Asia to discover new countries and cultures, making new friendships, being free and independent and just having a big adventure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I started making plans for the time after high-school, my biggest dream has always been to go to see the world, be part of a new family, meeting new people and discover new countries. But also my six-week exchange program in France where I met so many new friends and a very friendly host family convinced me to repeat such an experience.
