About Me
Hello :)
I currently live in a small city close to Berlin, studying the very strange subject Forest Information Technology, and I am about to move to Warsaw due to the curriculum of this very strange subject!
I'm thinking about quitting the Master's soon and giving my live a new direction, but first I want to experience Warsaw :)
Otherwise I'm always occupied with the everlasting mission to be more open-minded and to somehow make some sense of this crazy live...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Well, the concept is great - as a guest, you can meet locals, find an accomodation spontaneously and save some money; as a host, you have the chance to meet the entire world without the need to make one step outside your flat. I made great experiences when I couchsurfed in Israel and Palestine - the places where I couchsurfed grew much closer to my heart than others.
Interests
Music to me is more than an interest, but rather some sort of therapy :) I especially love to sing in classical choirs, I used to play the oboe for 12 years, but now I prefer to plonk the piano, though I'm not very good :D Nature is another important point in my life. I try to be outside whenever I can, and I love hiking and working in gardens, although I myself have none. Sometimes, when I have enough space in a club, I REALLY love to dance, though I have no idea what that might look like :D And I care about good, home-made food and local products, and I love to bake my own (proper German ;) sourdough bread.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't watch too many movies, I read anything apart from historical books, recently I'm more into the philosophical stuff, and I'm very open concerning music and always excited to find new!
Current favourite books: Narziß & Goldmund (Hermann Hesse), Momo (Michael Ende)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Walking 900 km from France to Santiago, meeting incredible personalities, that was a good experience! Hiking in the north of Israel with the Chamsin blowing and without enough water, that was also... interesting :)
Teach, Learn, Share
Yes, good idea! I'm happy to learn almost anything, and I hope to hear your stories!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Know-how on cooking, baking sourdough bread, good times and laughs, stories if I feel comfortable, but I'm generally a better listener than story-teller ;)
If you have a piano, I can fill your flat with some music. Or if you play the guitar, I can sing along ;)
