Music, Movies, and Books

That's a difficult question, never ask a mum to pick a favourite child.

For music, the answer is easier than for the rest: Although I am open to all kinds of music, I usually listen to different kinds of rock and metal, mainly symphonic metal. Some bands I like are Epica, Five Finger Death Punch, Volbeat, Within Temptation, Xandria and Sabaton.

Favourite movies are a bit more difficult. I watch most movies, and although I don't like horror or heavy psycho thrillers, thrillers and documentaries are just as much part of my netflix watchlist as stereotypical women's movies and throwback movies to my childhood.

And books.... where to start? Books depend on my mood, really. I love to read thrillers (e.g. Joy Fielding), fantasy and dark fantasy (e.g. Wolfgang Hohlbein, Terry Pratchett), migration fiction (Sarah Lark, Elizabeth Haran) and science fiction (e.g. George Orwell, Douglas Adams).
