A native New Englander, I grew up in Massachusetts and after three years in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, moved back to be closer to my family. My passion is gardening and I am a seed grower with a Biodynamic and Organic Seed Company in the Hudson Valley of New York State.
I love to hike, bike, practice yoga, and swim as well as curl up with my cat, a book, and a good cup of tea.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have couch surfed before with friends via their accounts. We stayed with wonderful people and families and hosted great individuals and families as well. I have never had a negative couch surfing experience.
At my most recent apartment, I was not able to host visitors and am excited to be able to at my current location.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a certified yoga instructor and would be happy to practice with you. If we share the same size, I am happy to lend my cross-country ski equipment and/or hiking boots. You are also welcome to borrow my road bike with care.
