I started couchsurfing last year in Europe, and have met some great people along the way. I'm keen to meet some more people on my upcoming trip around the world from August 2016.

I'm an avid traveller and I'm about to embark on my next overseas trip which will see me go around the world over 6 months. I'm starting on the US West Coast seeing as many national parks as I can and satisfying my hiking addiction, before heading to Central Europe for 2 months. I'll be travelling through Germany, Poland and Croatia, before heading over to Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and any more countries I can fit in. From Europe, I'll head to Jordan, then Sri Lanka, Nepal, and over to south east Asia.

I'm hoping to meet fun and interesting people along the way who might have the time to show me around their city. I also hope to meet travellers along the way to join me in pub crawls, sightseeing and all the hikes I hope to do.

To meet new people in other countries and share travel stories.

My trip this year is all about visiting the countries I always wanted to and revisiting those that I've loved.

I'm also really keen to meet new people and hopefully make lifelong friends and broaden my knowledge about the world.

This trip will be about pushing myself out of my comfort zone and being completely open to new experiences even if they scare me.

Travel of course! And hiking, reading, sunbaking, photography, chocolate, and creative writing.

My passion is exploring new places - either in my own country or overseas.

I'm especially keen on hiking and recently did a lot of hiking through Norway.

I also love trying new foods and trying the local dishes of each country - you're sure to win me over if there's chocolate involved!

Quitting my job to travel overseas for a year and do something totally different.

I quit my public relations job and became an au pair in Italy and then France without knowing a word of Italian or French. The experience was life changing.
