Hello, World!

My name's Lisa, I'm 25 years old and Brazilian 🇧🇷😄❤️

I work remotely as a Media Performance Specialist at a New York-based company called XenoPsi and I'm passionate for nature, music, travel, new cultures, photography, different conversational topics and points of view, Harry Potter, pets, telling and listening to stories, tattoos, dad jokes and everything that makes me laugh.

My goal here at Couchsurfing is simple: to do what I love most in life, which is travel, while integrating myself with the local culture and everything a new experience has to offer ❤️ I rarely travel to see tourist places, so if you have any local recommendations, they would be most welcome!

And as I host, I look forward to make other people’s trips a little bit easier :) let’s cook together, hangout, and I’ll be happy to share details and curiosities about the place I’m in (either São Paulo or Toronto 😅). And of course I can accompany you to the Niagara Falls, 100th time is still a charm 😂

Oooh, and one more important thing: I am vaccinated with the two doses of Pfizer + the booster dose of Janssen. If our hosting opportunity works out, I'm happy to send you all the necessary documents 😁📃

Almost all the trips I've taken in my life have been alone, it's my favorite way to travel. I love making friends, getting recommendations for places to visit and not restricting myself only to what tourists do. That's why integration with others is so important to me.

I'm completely in love with Harry Potter, I read a lot of global history books, and I really like all kinds of music! Brazil is a very culturally diverse country, so I listen to everything. My favorite genres are Rock, MPB (Brazilian Popular Music), Pop. I've been listening to Ed Sheeran, Lil Nas X, Lonestar, Sam Smith and Elton John a lot lately.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

It doesn't snow in Brazil, so an amazing thing I did when I lived in Vancouver was to have a snowball fight 😝😝 for people who live with snow it may seem silly, but or was my first time, and it was really cool!

In addition, I was also one of the 5 Brazilians and one of the 150 people in the world who were invited by Google to participate in the Local Guides Connect 2019 event, in California.
