hello Couchsurfers,

my name is Lisa, I'm a 28 year old student who was born & raised in Berlin. I would describe myself as a a rather calm person, kind and open minded. I am very much in love with traveling as well as exploring new things in general (besides new cities and countries that especially includes everything related to food, from quirky restaurants, markets to new recipes ). I'm based in Berlin, but have also lived in France and England for respectively a few months.

I am a vegetarian and really like cooking and baking (mostly healthy food except when it comes to desserts, especially french pastries which I can't resist;)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

When I travel I usually try to not stick too much to the guidebook and "must have seen" sights but prefer wandering around, visit parks, go to farmer's markets, vintage shops, check out the local food scene, getting lost. I am also interested in galleries & street art.
Thus I see Couchsurfing as an interesting opportunity not only to meet new people but also to experience a city or a place from a new, much more personal perspective than a guide book could offer.

I am also happy to offer that sort of local experience in my hometown Berlin to other travelers and share some recommendations over a walk or a cup of coffee.
