I am a solo world traveler and adventurer-lifer from the east coast of Canada. I co-founded a company that allows me to live the life i want that makes me happy every day - making other people happy through hosting festivals, events, teaching yoga, and discovering new and creative ways to share inspiration around the world.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

I make a lot of playlists on Spotify for my yoga classes and as background to work to - happy to share these with you! Naad yoga is the yoga of sound - based on the principle that our first and most important energy is sound therefore i listen to anything with a positive vibration. Films - anything fantasy, books - currently reading Sapiens (non fiction) and Palace of Illusions (fiction) - i like to mix it up. Jitterbug Perfume is one of my alltime favorites.

Hiked the Anapurna Trail in Nepal (world's highest natural mountain pass), banned the plastic bag in Fremantle Western Australia - i know that's two but i couldn't help myself... oh and I have sung at Carnegie Hall in NYC :)
