The glass is definitely half full here. Love having a good time, meeting new people and putting myself out of my comfort zone, really believe that's when you become a stronger person.

I love my music, always seem to be listening to it if its in the background. Mostly alot of Aussie rock, would love to share some awesome bands with people who don't know them.

I can laugh at myself, I'm laid back and spontaneous.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first time couchsurfing. My friends have all done it and highly recommend I give it ago so why not?

Interests

Music, meeting new people, reading, learning new things, bodybuilding sport, weight training, boxing, watchinge hockey games (cant wait for canada for this one!), exploring new places and getting out of my comfort zone.

I can say I love all music, I can't live without it, but mostly love my rock bands :) Always up for new music!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have an amazing job of create better quality of life with people through exercise and mindsets.

Love getting myself out of my comfort zone and doing something by myself I never thought possible, best feeling!

Teach, Learn, Share

Things I can teach... I love music and bands... Can always introduce you to that world and learn about what you like.

As I'm a PT I can always give you pointers on "how to get into shape" Exercise and food suggestions haha
