Right now I can participate more on the hosting side, but I hope to surf in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, I've had three couchsurfers so far. They have been awesome. It is so wonderful to meet new friends this way. I'm looking forward to my first opportunity to surf myself.

Interests

Progressive politics, outdoor activities like hiking and backpacking. Travel, of course.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to npr often. When I run, I listen to podcasts of "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" or "This American Life" instead of music. "The Princess Bride" is probably the movie I can watch the most times and still enjoy it. I like "Flight of the Conchords", "Red Dwarf", and "Mythbuster". I read a lot of junk books, but when I read "real" books, it tends toward history and science.
