These are the words that describe me best.
I am a nature lover and hiking enthusiast, a travel yogi, a food addict and an artsy sunshine. I have a hands-on mentality and the chatty me loves to be in contact with different people and listen to their stories and history.
This is one of the reasons why I travel. Currently in Japan!
Besides getting to know the culture and society, plus the desire to improve my Japanese language skills. I would like to see as much as possible, get to know as many stories as possible and taste all this delicious Japanese food!

I'm very sorry that I can't offer my sofa at the moment. But if you are on your way to Hannover and urgently need a stay, please let me know. there is always a solution ;)

The best way to get to know a country is to get to know the people who live there. I want to dive deeper into Japanese culture, tradition and daily life. I would be happy if you let me participate in your life and show me what is important to you.

兴趣

I love food! Even more important for me than tasting food is the preparation of food. I am a passionate hobby chef and host. I love cooking and would like to gain more knowledge about different ingredients and their preparation.

Yoga is another passion of mine. I practice everydas for over three years now. I have tried many different styles, schools and teachers and have gone to some ashrams. My preferred type of Yoga is Yin Yoga.

My third passion is hiking. I love to be in nature, explore new tracks, walk through rivers, climb a little... Being outside brings me energy and calms me down at the same time.

Due to my career as a costume/stage designer, puppet maker and make-up artist, I'm curious about everything that is related to an artistic and design field.I love visiting plays, enjoy a nice movie at the cinema, like museum visits and when it comes to japanese clothes and costumes I just want to know everything about it!

The book I'm reading at the moment is "Hokkaido Highway Blues" by Will Ferguson. I think my favourite book is "Der Meister und Margarita" by Michail Afanassjewitsch Bulgakow.

When it comes to music, I like a lot and need different ones for different moods. I love oldies from the 50s, 60s and 70s. The 80s I especially enjoy the German style. Nowadays I love to dance to electro.

My mother tongue, as you can see, is German but I also speak fluent English and can teach you both languages if you are interested. Maybe you can help me to improve my Japanese skills in return. I have been studying Japanese for over two years now and I can understand and read more and more, but I am still a bit shy when it comes to speaking.

I love to cook and share my knowledge about it. Most of my recipes I have gained by cooking with different people all over the world. I like spices and best with oriental cuisine.
