Hi, I'm Lisa and a newbie on couchsurfing. I am currently living in the city of Jena but right about to moving on to Leipzig and taking up my ethnology studies which I am very excited about! Naturally I'm here because I love to travel, immerse into different cultures and try to challenge myself more step by step to become more independent. I don't see the point in just doing a guided walk through places and see a city's facade but to get to know its spirit that every local bears in themselves.

I would describe myself as uncomplicated and sincere. I have always liked to read starting from fantasy (I am a Potter Head I have to admit) to biographies, historical books, philosophy...
I am also quite into electronic music (techno, deep house, ambient) and festivals and love being a part of its cordial community.
There are many issues I like to learn more about such as yoga, (good;) cooking, surfing, teaching, a sustainable lifestyle, making music by myself,...and you:)
