This is my "year of self discovery". Just trying to learn more about myself and be confident in my decisions.

ABOUT ME

I am easy going and love to have a good chat, dance, and try something new.

I love to adventure outdoors in summer and winter , and to also cozy up in winter and do pottery and crafts.

I am a clinical counsellor and I love my work. I find it a privilege to walk alongside people on their journey and am constantly taking trainings to learn more about how to be a better counsellor. I work mainly with people with addictions at the moment.

Interests

I love listening to a great acoustic band live. I love dancing in a group to a coreographed piece, and I'm sure I'd love singing in a choir. Bringing different types of people together brings me joy and makes life exciting. I spend my time building relationships with as many different types of people as possible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming in the glacial lakes in Interlaaken, Switzerland was the most beautiful thing I've done.

I love learning about therapy - or about issues related to trauma, violence, addictions etc. Mostly I love learning about how people work.
